Saint Laurent Pizza Is Moving And The Arcade Is Staying Behind

Okay, look. Please don’t come for me. But I have to ask the question: Is this specific building on Line Avenue officially cursed?

One of my absolute favorite spots to grab a slice just dropped some major news. Saint Laurent Pizza announced on Facebook that they are packing up and leaving their current home at 6301 Line Ave.

The good news? They aren't going far, their new spot is just around the corner. The bittersweet news? The epic arcade space isn't making the cut for the big move, so you only have a few weeks left to play a round and eat some pizza in the current space.

But back to my "cursed" theory. Before you come at me in the comments, let’s backtrack and look at the local history here. This specific building has seen its fair share of pizza turnover.

Remember PizzaRev? When they left, Line Ave Pie and Brew opened up in that empty spot back in 2021. They didn't survive either, and The Tap Room eventually took over the bar side of that space. Now, with a wildly popular spot like Saint Laurent deciding to pack up and move locations, I feel fully justified in making the bold claim that there is a pizza curse on this building. Hey, I don't make the rules, the proof is right there in the history!

Here is the official announcement from the owners:

"NEW LOCATION! We’re beyond excited to finally share that Saint Laurent will be moving to a new location within the next couple of months. Our new home is just around the corner, making it even easier for everyone to stop by while allowing us to continue growing and creating the experience we’ve always envisioned.

One bittersweet part of the move is that the arcade won’t be making the trip with us. If you’ve been meaning to come in, play a few games, and soak in this chapter of Saint Laurent, now’s the time... Over the next several weeks, we’ll be sharing more details about the move, including where we’re headed."

We are still waiting on the exact address of the new pizza shop, but we do know it's nearby. In the meantime, you can still catch them at 6301 Line Ave in Shreveport for a couple more weeks. Go get your arcade fix while you still can!
