Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile Arrest Made in Keithville

The Caddo Sheriff Department's Special Victims Unit have arrested a man in Keithville for engaging in sexual acts with a juvenile.

Early last month, someone called CPSO to report their 16 year-old daughter missing. Detectives with CPSO started their investigation, and after a short while the girl was found in Keithville staying with a man. The girl was returned to her parents by CPSO

The juvenile had been staying with 20 year-old Dillon Sepulvado from Holden, Louisiana. Investigators started interviewing the teen girl who told Detectives that she kissed and made-out with Sepulvado.

After an interview with both the juvenile and Sepulvado, the child was returned to her home, and Sepulvado was arrested and taken to the Caddo Correctional Center. Sepulvado is being charged with one count of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
