My friends had never been to Orlandeaux's Café and we decided to experience the Creole goodness together. Our server Latisha was amazing and she had us all feeling like superstars. Her attitude was infectious and she helped us navigate the menu to where every single one of us felt like we had just ordered the best thing on the menu.

Latisha offered us dessert and claimed that the beignets were delicious. My friend Kaitlin and I looked at each other and we were determined it was the perfect thing to finish the night.

Orlandeaux’s Café Has the Best Beignets in Northwest Louisiana

These beignets were the right amount of light and fluffy on the inside and topped with the perfect amount of powdered sugar. The secret goodness is the syrup that is hidden in the bottom. My only regret is that we didn't order more. Although this eatery is known for the delicious Creole food they make daily, I firmly believe that Orlandeux's needs to be known for having the best beignets in the Ark-La-Tex. If you have not had those little bites of heaven yet, you are missing out.
